We carry an array of spare parts with us, but if we don't have the particular part needed to complete a repair we will order it and return as quickly as possible.

Landlords are required by law to carry out a safety check on gas appliances annually. We can do this at the time of the annual service.

The latest energy-efficient heating pumps can use up to 80% less energy than older pumps.
Thermostatic valves on radiators and zone valves and mid position valves
A thermostatic valve helps you control the temperature of a radiator in a room, so rooms that are not in daily use can be can be kept at a lower temperature than the rest of the property. This is a good way to save money.
Zone valves and mid position valves are well worth considering if you have a large property.
Gas fires - new and existing
A gas fire provides all the cosiness of a real fire - but without the maintenance AND it's instantly on and off!
The latest gas fires are both attractive in design and efficient so it is worth keeping up to date.

We can connect a new gas cooker or carry out a safety check on an existing cooker.

Water softeners and water filters
